Andy Nolan
Managing Director
Andy co-founded Escalate when he spotted the lack of digital marketing skills within the hospitality industry. He decided to take this opportunity and within the first year of business, Escalate was working with some of Ireland’s largest hospitality names through transforming their online marketing and increasing their revenue substantially.
Andy is always looking for new opportunities and partnerships for Escalate, along with building strong relationships with our clients. Don’t be surprised if you see him seeking out new cafes and restaurants across Dublin, likened to a food critic! On the weekends you can expect to find Andy out golfing, hiking or brunching.
Aaron McGee
Account & Strategy Director
Having worked in the Bar & Hospitality industry for years, and then with some of Ireland’s original and award winning digital agencies, Aaron saw the gap for a marketing agency which focused on the unique needs of the hospitality and food service industry. Along with Andy, Aaron co-founded Escalate in 2014.
He loves developing brand strategies which come together to drive results that achieve clients’ marketing goals. When he’s not in the Escalate office, he’s traveling and exploring, from exploring coffee fields in Cuba to paddle boarding under Mt. Fuji. He loves visiting new and different places, getting out of the comfort zone and always looking for the next adventure.
Aoife Nolan
Director of Operations
Aoife’s career began in the design industry and this continues to influence her strategic and creative approach to marketing. She plays a central role in overseeing the team and managing projects to ensure Escalate consistently delivers exceptional results for its clients.
Passionate about leadership and personal development, Aoife is committed to helping people grow both within the company and in their careers. She thrives on guiding the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and creating an environment where people feel empowered to do their best work.
Equally dedicated to nurturing strong client relationships, Aoife believes that great outcomes come from working as one team. She prioritises open communication, trust, and shared goals to make sure every partnership flourishes.
Luciano Jacob
Head of Big Ideas & Creative Director
Over 15 years of experience in transforming perceptions and uplifting brands through culture, creativity and fun.
Recognised by the Cannes Lions academy as one of thirty young creatives to watch. Jacob has won multiple awards and creative competitions, and reached international recognition with a side project which was covered in over 150 countries.
He has worked with high-profile clients such as Pizza Hut, Starbucks, Samsung, Liberty Insurances, Dr. Oetker, L’Oréal, and Volkswagen.
Elaine Rodgers
Creative Producer
Elaine joined the Escalate team in 2023, having worked in the media and marketing industry for several years. She has a strong background in all things content creation, from social media content, to photography and video.
Her love of social media came about when running her own cake making business and utilising online platforms to show off her creations.
She loves all things fitness and adventure. In her spare time, you’ll probably find her in the gym, out doing something active, or looking up where she can travel to next!
Alex Clarke
Creative Producer
Alex joined the team in 2022, bringing a strong background in graphic design from his time at DKIT and several years of experience in the digital marketing space. He specialises in producing high-quality visuals across video, photography, and design, with a particular focus on delivering polished, impactful content for client campaigns.
His core role involves creating standout graphics for Novibet, a visually intensive account that demands both consistency and creativity. He also leads on high-production video edits and graphic content for Hollywood Lakes Golf & Estate, and supports the creation of TikTok-first content for both Hollywood Lakes and Divilly Brothers — from recipe videos to fun, brand-driven storytelling that reflects the company’s West of Ireland roots.
Outside of work, Alex is a fan of film and TV, sci-fi and fantasy books (especially LitRPG), playing guitar and gigging in pubs, getting out for the occasional round of golf, and sneaking in a sun holiday when he can.
Maeve Power
Senior Account Executive
Maeve joined the Escalate team in 2024 and quickly became known for her ability to keep projects running smoothly across multiple clients, timelines, and stakeholders. From coordinating shoots to delivering polished campaigns, she thrives on bringing structure and creativity together to get results.
She first built her skills in social media and campaign delivery at Dublin Zoo, where she supported content across photography, video, and design. At Escalate, she’s expanded that foundation into client management and large-scale project coordination, balancing the moving parts behind the scenes to help brands shine online.
Luiza Meireles
Junior Account Executive
Luiza is a social media account manager with a background in hospitality and a creative eye. She currently manages the digital presence of three restaurants, a café, and a festival—creating thoughtful, engaging content that reflects each brand’s unique voice.
Before moving into marketing, Luiza spent several years working in hospitality, including a memorable stint behind the bar in Málaga, Spain. She studied Restaurant and Bar Management, giving her an insider’s perspective on the food and beverage industry—an edge when creating content that truly connects.
Curious by nature and always on the lookout for the next big trend, she spends her free time reading, traveling, and (unsurprisingly) discovering great food and cocktails. Passionate about great food, beautiful visuals, and learning something new every day, Luiza thrives on helping brands show up at their best online.
Zoe Tobin
Account Executive
With an honours degree in Communications and a distinction-grade diploma in Digital Marketing from UCD Professional Academy, Zoe brings a unique blend of creativity and technical expertise to every project. Having worked with renowned Irish brands like Colourtend, Cove and Co, and Curator in the luxury paint industry, Zoe has honed a diverse skill set in developing impactful national and hyperlocal campaigns, events, and digital strategies. Currently an Account Executive at Escalate, Zoe is known for fast adaptation and creative problem-solving, delivering results in dynamic and evolving environments.
Joanna Carley
Food stylist
Joanna is the newest member to join the Escalate team. You’ll find her cooking up a storm for food and drink brands in our studio kitchen. She spent over 10 years working with some of Ireland’s largest digital platforms and original influencers at a time when the social media landscape was changing at a rapid pace.
Referring to herself as a ‘slashy’, Joanna has experience in many areas in and out of a studio kitchen. This includes everything from social media marketing, brand management, food & prop styling, content creation, business development, sales and anything else that needed to be done for two quickly growing brands (OneFabDay.com and DonalSkehan.com.)
On the weekend you’ll catch her wrangling her children in playgrounds, listening to podcasts or trying treats from local bakeries, purely for research purposes of course.
