How we used social media to launch the new restaurant at The Yacht, Clontarf.

A successful launch reaching 506K within the first month.

The Upper Deck opened its doors on a sunny day in June 18′ welcoming locals for complimentary canapès and drinks on the terrace. The Upper Deck is all about high quality food and drinks in a luxury setting overlooking the bay in Clontarf. 

How we created awareness and targeted the local audience…

The challenge

The Yacht Clontarf is very well known establishment but the challenge was to attract a new audience upstairs for Brunch, Dinner & Drinks. With competition high in the local area for food and drink we had to ensure we created a strong online presence to attract the local target audience and encourage online engagement across social media and other online platforms.   

The results

Escalate worked closely with management, chefs and the team to achieve a successful launch. We designed everything from menus, posters, POS and the web page to generate bookings and footfall. We created a targeted plan which consists of creating great content and social media ads to reach the local audience on a weekly basis to tease them with the offerings from The Upper Deck
